Conferences, Contacts and Coaching – a busy March for 4i Solutions
4i Solutions attended the CIH South East Annual Conference & Exhibition in early March, catching up with colleagues, clients and partners, as well as making new contacts at the various events that we attended.
March has been exceptionally busy for 4i Solutions with the continued roll-out of two management development programmes, commencement of a transition process to target costs for one of the UK’s largest Housing Associations, delivery of a number of open book audits and continued support for a number of Joint Venture / Partnerships / Wholly Owned Subsidiary delivery vehicles in the sector.
Preparation is also well underway for a number of participative workshops with our clients, partners and stakeholders, covering diverse subjects such as framework performance for Partners, through to leadership development and 121 coaching.
