4i Solutions are pleased to be working with The Housing Forum to deliver a new series of Leadership workshops in 2018.

The first workshop, Leadership in the Collaborative Space, will take place in London on Tuesday 20 February.

This one day cross-sector workshop will examine the challenges for leaders and managers who need to get the best from working with organisations.

The day will feature input from experts, facilitated discussion, guest speakers and a takeaway toolkit. It also provides the chance for open exploration of the different experiences of leaders from across Housing and Construction.

The workshop is aimed at those in management positions who wish to develop their leadership skills to the next level whether working for an architect, consultant, manufacturer, contractor or landlord.

It’s an opportunity to work with a small group of 8-10 delegates, to understand the context different parts of the sector work in and to develop better collaborative working skills.

The programme for the day includes Developing a Collaborative Culture, Partnering in Practice, Developing a 360° Perspective, Engagement, Inclusion and Participation, Challenging the Organisational Silo Mentality, Encouraging Collaborative Behaviours and The Leadership Hear
