One of the most important days in the life of a Client/Contractor partnership is when both parties sit down together and discuss progress, challenges, solutions and relationships. The tone of these days is cooperative yet challenging, focused yet creative and with a clear outcome of improvement. At 4i Solutions we call these days “workshops”. Many organisations in the sector have benefitted from workshops, whether they be at the mobilisation stage of a partnership or an 18-month health check, or preparing for procurement or to increase capacity. The processes are carefully and creatively selected to achieve the day’s objectives.
Nick Joslyn and Steve Welch have run successful workshops over many years and Ivor Reveley has helped further develop the offering in recent times. They have been used by Clients from the largest to the smallest and provide focused opportunities for inspiration and improvement.
